Terms of Service

Be sure to check the price and the warranty on the receipt before receiving the products.
In the case of transportation by the company, the products will be received on the vehicle by the customer's house.
Receiving products from warehouses starts from 9 am to 4 pm except public holidays, and please check with the administration on the dates of receipt.
The company is not responsible for any breakage or defects in the products after their delivery.
Calculating quantities for products on the receipt is the responsibility of the customer alone
At the time of receiving, the customer must ensure that the shapes and colors match what he chose.

Warranty is six months against manufacturing defects only, unless stated otherwise.
The warranty is not activated for devices of all kinds unless the installation and operation are done through the producing company or the official partner.
Products of third-degree sorting have no customer service.
After-sales service for local products is the responsibility of the manufacturer
The original receipt is required

Products sold can be exchanged and refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The amount paid with a credit/debit card will be refunded as such (on the same card used to pay) and the amount paid in cash will be refunded in cash to those who have their name written on the receipt.
In case of approval of replacement or return, the toon balance must be available and the store must be allowed.
The integrity condition of the returned products and their packages is required, and products that have been used or installed before will not be replaced or returned
We apologize of not replacing or returning any leftovers or unneeded pieces.
Returns are in warehouses, and any returned product left in the store is not accounted for.
Special orders such as bathtubs and their sides, jacuzzis, cabins, and other items that are manufactured with a request and special specifications of the customer cannot be exchanged or returned.
In case the customer requests to refund the amount paid or part of it with the approval of the administration, the customer has contracted and agreed to deduct 10% of the amount as administrative expenses to cancel the contract, as they are special ordered products.
In case the company agrees to return, cancel a receipt, or refund a reservation, the amount will be refunded to the same method as the payment.
In the case of purchase in installments and the customer wishes to return within 14 days, he will bear all banking expenses

It is required to install porcelain and laser ceramics with dividers and clips with an in-between space of 3mm or according to the one written on the package when installing so that it does not go out of warranty.
After receiving the products and before installation, the customer must ensure that the shapes and colors of the models match what he chose, as no compensation will be made after installation.

A minimum of 50% is paid to reserve products of an order and the rest of the amount is paid within three days or the order is canceled.

The period of leaving the products in the company's stores is a maximum of 15 days, after which the order is canceled as per the company's desire.
